We reserve the right to remove listings that violate these terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, are inappropriate for our platform.

3.2 Exchange Credits System

Our platform operates on an exchange credits system. By participating in this system, you understand and agree that:

• Exchange credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money
• Credits are earned by successfully exchanging books with other members
• The credit value assigned to books is determined by our system based on various factors, including condition, rarity, and demand
• We reserve the right to adjust the credit system, including the value of credits and how they are earned or used, at any time
• Credits may expire after a period of account inactivity as specified in our current policies

3.3 Shipping and Handling

When exchanging or selling books through our platform, you are responsible for:

• Packaging books securely to prevent damage during transit
• Shipping books within the timeframe specified in our current policies (typically 3-5 business days after confirmation)
• Providing accurate tracking information when required
• Paying any applicable shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed upon

Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may result in negative feedback, loss of exchange credits, or suspension of your account.

4. User Conduct and Community Guidelines

PiraltecSwap is a community of book lovers. To maintain a positive and respectful environment, all users must adhere to the following guidelines:

When interacting with other members, you agree to:

• Not use abusive, harassing, threatening, or offensive language
• Respect the privacy and personal boundaries of other users
• Address conflicts or disagreements constructively

4.2 Content Guidelines

When posting content on our platform, including book descriptions, reviews, forum posts, or messages, you agree to not post content that:

• Is false, misleading, or deceptive
• Infringes on intellectual property rights, including copyright and trademark
• Contains hate speech, discrimination, or promotes violence against individuals or groups
• Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or otherwise inappropriate
• Reveals personal or confidential information about others without permission

4.3 Prohibited Activities

• Exchanges or transactions between users, including but not limited to disputes over book condition, shipping delays, or payment issues

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law and shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the past six months.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

7. Disclaimers and Warranties

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

• Any errors or defects will be corrected
• The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components
• The results of using the Service will meet your requirements

While we take reasonable steps to verify user identities and book conditions, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of user-provided information or the quality of books exchanged through our platform. Users engage in exchanges at their own risk.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PiraltecSwap Ltd., its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorney fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property right, publicity, confidentiality, property, or privacy right
• Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party

This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and Conditions and your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.

13. Severability and Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. No waiver of any provision shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and PiraltecSwap Ltd. regarding your use of the Service.

These Terms supersede any prior agreements, communications, or proposals, whether oral or written, between you and PiraltecSwap Ltd. with respect to the Service.
